At Lighthouse Counseling Services, we are dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.
Our team of experienced counselors uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
I hold a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from
Capella University as of early 2022. I have been serving children,
adolescents, adults, and families for the past few years and have some
previous experience working in a substance abuse facility. I am a
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina as
approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental
Health Counselors (NCBLCMHC). Currently I also hold a Licensed
Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate Level (LCAS-28793) and a
Nationally Certified Counselor (Certificate # 1571143). Obtained
status of Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern from the state of
Florida (License # IMH25227). I am also EMDR certified.

As your counselor, I am here to support you in making meaning,
creating comfort, and uncovering resources to help you be your best
self. Taking an evidenced-based, client-centered, and
existentially-informed approach, I aim to provide a safe and
supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your own pace to help you reach your goals. I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on issues including depression, LGBTQ community, addiction, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss, career transitions, and other mental health and life concerns.
